The Balham Circle clergy night was held at the French cafe on Tuesday February 3 and was attended by about 20 brothers and wives and four priests, all enjoying an informal and convivial evening.
Fr Paul and Fr Romulus joined us from St Anselms, Father Joe from Holy Ghost and father Habne from St Simon and Jude. There was an animated buzz of conversation throughout the evening on any number of topics and the only slight regret is that we were on a very long table and this distanced people at each end somewhat from the group as a whole. However, by all accounts, the clergy enjoyed their evening and we hope that they will spread the word so that next year, maybe, we will have even more priests joining us. TGB
