The Balham team were disappointed to come third at the Weybridge Roland Young Memorial Evening Quiz Night. The event was held on St Patrick’s Day at the Burhill Park Golf Club. Our team consisted of Charles Marriott, Steve Palmer and Patrick Neal. The winning team scored 46/60 while we scored 44/60 so the top three teams were very tight at the top. In the famous words of Arnie “we’ll be back. . .” (except he said “I’ll be back”.) We won’t return, however, on Harley-Davidsons, smashing through the entrance doors of the club. CM
