Brother Charles held his President’s Sunday on September 2. It was a glorious early September day, with sunshine and blue skies. Starting with Mass at the Holy Ghost Church, we then walked the short distance to the Marriott household where we had a most enjoyable lunch. Charles and Marianne were generous hosts and the food, prepared at home by Charles, was superb! The conversations around the table and in the garden were wide ranging and lasted well into the afternoon. President’s Sunday is a ‘not to be missed’ convivial occasion that allows brothers, wives and families to share a few relaxed hours together. TGB
