Past President Steve, brothers & friends complete the Canterbury Pilgrimage

After starting out in April 2016, the Balham President’s ‘Pilgrims’ finally arrived in Canterbury on 27 May 2017, after 120 miles completed in twelve stages over the year.  Initially planned by the then President, Steve Palmer, as his own objective he received strong support from Circle Brothers, with never fewer than five on a stage and often more.  Continue reading Past President Steve, brothers & friends complete the Canterbury Pilgrimage

The intrepid Balham pilgrims complete the penultimate phase of their pilgrimage

The President’s Pilgrimage is nearly at Canterbury. January 28 sees the pilgrims off again!

We have missed some of the Balham pilgrimage stages (have no fear we will return to them!), but we can report that, on Saturday January 28, Balham President, Steve Palmer, supported by six other pilgrims and two dogs, continued his steady progress along the Pilgrims route to Canterbury.   Continue reading January 28 sees the pilgrims off again!
